• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, system prompts, AI logic, or coaching architecture
• Replicate or build derivative works based on the platform methodology, structure, or design
• Use this platform for any purpose other than its intended educational or professional use

3. Intellectual Property

All platform content, AI coaching logic, system architecture, branding, and methodology are the exclusive intellectual property of No Date of Manufacture LLC.

4. Confidentiality

You agree to keep confidential any proprietary methodology, AI coaching responses, or platform architecture you encounter while using this platform.

5. Access Revocation

No Date of Manufacture LLC reserves the right to revoke access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

6. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the State of Maine. Disputes resolved in Somerset County, Maine.
